Well I am sure that all of you have been EAGERLY awaiting the final installment of the twelve days of pie ;). Unfortunately, our final creation will make not make its debut until tomorrow. Today we are busy preparing a Christmas Eve dinner for twenty people and as it so happens we need a pie to bring to dinner tomorrow night. So while I am sorry to disappoint in failing to produce twelve consecutive pies, hopefully there is already enough material for you to work with by now!
Mr. R and I have taken on our most ambitious Christmas menu yet — preparations started several days ago, but we’re having fun! Hopefully it all goes off without a hitch, but I’ll post a recap either way.
